Today M57: The Ring Nebula
Dear Steemians,
I present today M57: The Ring Nebula
. . .
Ring Nebula (M57) is a celestial object in the Lira Constellation that is part of the Messier Catalog. This catalog was compiled by Charles Messier, French astronomer. It has about one light-year and 2000 light-years away.
Ring of Nebula (M57) is the most famous celestial band after Saturn rings.
The nebula is a relatively dense ring wrapped around a cloud of glowing gas.

The view of the planet Earth looks towards the ring.
The hot central star ionizes the atoms in the gas and gives intense ultraviolet light, and the glare does not come from the planets.
The outer layers are expelled gases.
The star that now sees only a small peak of light in the center of the nebula was once like our sun.
