Every employer should read this also since the often they don't see value in their employees. In my country, it's often saying by employers if u don't want to do something or have a problem with something regarding your work: "There are lots unemployed people that will do your work instead of you."
Hi, what you say is very true. It's an unfortunate reality of many employers. Many just don't get it. If they looked after their employees in return their productivity and efficiency soars. In almost all highly successful organizations the welfare of their employees is paramount. Regards, Gary
