Read daily (more than half an hour): We are what we read. It may sound cliché (and it is), but reading daily really changes your life. If you read "educational" things, you learn tons of things that you can apply without knowing it. If you read fiction, you will open your imagination and empathy to a lot of people (for when reading fiction we put ourselves in the shoes of the protagonists). Ideally, a mix of the two would be ideal.
Exercise: No matter what, no matter how much. Exercising every day is essential for a good life. Health, mood, mentality and even aesthetics improve. In addition, the composite effect of daily compounding has effects you can't imagine.
