What does change look like?
What a great quote. So often we can look at everything outside of ourselves to change and then everything will be right. But isn't that subconsciously thinking that everything should change to how we think it should? As if everything and everyone should say and act how we do? Such a subtle form of pride that can be!
We all have something great in us and yes, there are some things in each individual that should be recognized and praised as the true qualities they are. The world truly needs what each of us carries.
But to have the humility to be introspective and say "I need to grow and change in this area" is a universal perspective that has the power to change the globe.
Yes, there is a fine line sometimes between offering the good that is in is and realizing what needs change in us. But the attitude and mindset of always being open and willing to be taught and changed is so powerful!
I too like this quote, I actually have it wrote on a sign at my front door for all to see.
