[asking for advices] how to stop overeating and being so sensitive?
How to stay calmly when things go wrong, especially when you’re in urgent cases at work?
I don’t know if you guys ever feel it just only when there’s an emergency problem, that needs a lot of actions, arrangements and requires to be careful and concentrate, my brain often shuts down and finally I would do the thing I don’t even
understand why did I do it at that time? =..=.
Sometimes the result only comes directly to me and unluckily sometimes It also affects to other people nearby and I really feel sorry for it.
What should I do?
How can I improve it?
