Continually people are in search of satisfaction in different areas of their lives, as in relational, academic and work life does not escape from it. Every day individuals make decisions to carry out activities that lead them to achieve success in their professional performance, since children are trained in the initiative to achieve the goals set over time. But it is evident that social influence often causes decisions to be made that, instead of getting into the path of success, we rather deviate from its course. How many times have we not heard that when a young person decides a professional career is encouraged by their family or friends to choose a career that generates higher income, family tradition or greater social influence, rather to guide them towards academic or work focused on the abilities and potentialities that characterize a certain person.

To continue developing the theme it is necessary to define success as a circumstance where the expected results are achieved and which results in personal satisfaction. We can all achieve success in a certain situation, but it is important to emphasize that each human being can develop victoriously doing what he likes, since in developing a work it must be driven from the strength that defines us, and it is through individual vocation, because everything is done with passion, dedication and ethics.

There are ways to recognize when a person is in a situation of discomfort in their job or employment, as with simple signals such as body gestures, facial expressions and short conversations can determine if the subject is really vocation for the work that He performs, since he would observe a committed person or yes, he feels frustrated with his tasks. If this situation is the one you are currently experiencing, then I urge you not to stay in that condition, but you risk looking for that activity that you feel comfortable doing, and if you have not yet recognized what your vocation is. I ask you to determine in which aspects you stand out and make a list with them, taking into account that you enjoy doing to find your skills.

Make the objectives that you set out in your day to day be of your liking and feel them as their own, to be able to give all of you in your work. Even when in your job you are currently in charge of a responsibility that is not what you want to perform, gives the best performance and always expresses to your bosses that you stand out better so that by observing your good performance they dare to try you on other areas. But never stop fighting, or forget the goals that you proposed and what motivates you to move forward.
