As we grow up and become busier in our corporate society, we tend to stop being impressed by simple stuff in life because we think we figured it all out.

And yes, for an adult learning something is a painful process because you need to take your old idea out of your brain and be able to accept a new one.

No quite that for a kid tho, they do catch up pretty fast.
