Have you ever thought about finally transforming your body? To change the shape of your body?
Perhaps, a little bigger, more muscular body that is the ultimate goal of most men. If your answer is yes, don't forget to read this article until the end.

Diet
If I say that diet is the most important thing to maintain during your journey, I have not exageratted it because it is a good balanced diet that helps you to get in shaped in which is a diet that you treat yourself sometimes and keep your healthy relationship with diet up which brings us to the next part of our article: healthy diet.
A diet that is dedicated to muscle growth is a Protien based diet with a good amount of healthy fats(nuts) that can keep your testostrone levels high just like a flying bird in sky that makes your progress to be seen faster than you might have thought. Also don't forget to have have diet that includes a calorie surplus of 300-500 calories above your maintenance.
In this case you can have a popsicle or something that you like for somedays that can keep you satisfied with your diet just dont overdo it because your diet is going to crash and you are going to be overweighted again if you are not.

Trainings
Now as I said training is important, but it is not beneficial without a good workout routine. A good workout routine targets each groups of muscle and tear those bonds which is caused by working out effectively(training your muscles until failure and having an slow range of motion). Also tearing muscles does not mean that workout so hard that you can not walk. No, it means to work hard until your muscle are genuinely tired. I personally workout 1 hour a day effectively 6 times per week because. I am used to doing that. if you are not then consider going to gym for 3 times a week and training the correct form of each workout before you really get into it. But train effectively in those 1 hour workouts don't look around.
If you want to get your workout routine, there are some fitness youtubers that can help you; however, don't trust everyone without knowledge.

One thing that I have to mention is that you will never be satisfied with your body until you truly love how you are. I have personally seen some people that have good body, crazy amount of muscle mass for their age, and they are yet to be satisfied or even happy about themselves; so, don't forget to love yourself.
