Hello,

Approaching the end of this year as well,my mind travels back to some beautiful memories from my sports activities...

1. Mount Dirfys

Mount Dirfys is located in Evia,Greece.

Μe and a friend of mine,Alex, made a difficult hike on this snowy mountain at the end of January...

2.Mount Olympus

The mountain of the greek Gods is located on the border between Thessaly and Macedonia.

We made this hike in early August.

3.Biking and Running

10 days after our hike i made a nice training combining biking and trail running in Athens . It was a great experience!

Finishing this post i want to share a thought with you...

I didn't want to underestimate the daily routine workouts or other activities i made this year.
I just stood out the moments that were more special.

Even after a 2 kilometers walk in my neighborhood or a 10 minutes indoor cycling , i am happy and grateful,because i am still healthy and i can do some sports.
