I have a secret fetish for perfect volume estimation.
That satisfaction of scraping that last little bit into the Tupperware with less than 1% air by volume; delicious. Then delicious later too.
There is Mint Raita on the inside of the lid. Yup, it's that full :)
The Basil Pesto I used a knife to level it off and carefully scrape it back onto the top. I love that level of judgement
