It's not always possible to stay positive when dealing with disease and sickness for a more in depth reply to this subject you can see my reply to jasonshick. No disrespect meant it is just something people often tell sick people and in reality it is not possible to stay constantly positive and not even healthy. But I am doing what I have to in order to heal.
In the end you will win the battle. You just have to believe.
