For example, knowing that we must have a healthy diet, that we must have daily physical activities to stay healthy, is not a rare and dark knowledge. Most, if not all, of us are fully aware of these facts, yet how many of us actually act as if we know them?
We have multiple knowledge, of TV, of books, of doctors, in short, we are full of information that can change our lives, however, we must put it into practice so that they can function, in this the inner strength plays an important role, never knowledge will do exercises for you, o stop eating sugar or follow in the footsteps of a healthy life (this in the case of health), that is why to speak of knowledge as power, it should be accompanied by some things as will power and practice, if our purpose is clear and we are determined, knowledge will make us independent, free and with many tools for our life.
Very well said @melvadg for someone who has said before (i think) english is not your language, you do a pretty good job at communicating your thoughts.
