Because we have lives and manually reviewing takes to much time. Several people have told you that we are working on a blacklist that can be shared between owners. This blacklist is the best option for the abuse because it allows several of us to build it as we go. There is far to much abusive content, including your own, to possibly flag it all. However, as the blacklist builds it will simply work.
