Psychology -part1-Depression
"Depression: Let's Talk"; this is the motto of the World Health Organization in 2017, with the aim of increasing the public's awareness of the issue of depression, which, of course, remains a concern of global health organizations.
"The most important symptom of depression is one of the following two situations: either the person feels sad and sad that this grief may not cry, feel sad, feel unwell, or the state of affection among people known as depressed or depressed. Show yourself.
The second characteristic is that a person loses his sense of affection and interest in things that were previously enjoyable to him. If one of these two conditions develop, it is a symptom of depression. But there are other symptoms that are commonly associated with these two factors: changes in sleep, sleep deprivation or sleepiness, energy loss, changes in appetite, and things like feelings of despair or thought of suicide.
Of course, these changes should last for a period of time, and at least these lasts for two weeks in order to diagnose depression. In addition, we always emphasize that the idea of suicide should be considered as a mark for one's person and his relatives, and if anyone constantly thinks about it, they should go to a doctor.
