What does stress work with our body and soul?

source

Sometimes it takes a few years to show you what stresses have left to your body. Unfortunately, we have to live in a stressful world around us, and it has a lot of negative effects on factors such as work environment tensions, staying in traffic and getting late, hurting and addressing important children's affairs. The impact of stress on the health of the body and soul is not covered by anyone, and unfortunately most people regularly suffer from it. Here are some of these works.

Black and beneath the eye: Stress and frequent insomnia are associated with a great deal of risk. Concerns, marital problems, hyperhidrosis, etc., reduce the quality of sleep and create a nasty ailment around the eyes. This makes the skin and eyes look tired and old.

Dry skin: Pressure from the stress causes a disruption of proper water to the skin. Those who live under stress and unable to control it tend to be less likely to drink water and tend to drink more coffee or soft drinks, while drinking adequate water is one of the rules for having healthy skin. Water use makes skin moisturizing and guarantees its oxygenation.

Acne: Researchers have come to the conclusion that stress is closely associated with the onset of burns, psoriasis, eczema, and other skin conditions. High levels of cortisol in the body can interfere with the normal functioning of the intestinal flora, thus causing serious damage to the health of the skin, since intestinal flora plays an important role in maintaining the health of the skin.

Skin and hives lesions: Skin and hives lesions due to intestinal dysfunction, known as the discizo scientific name. This problem occurs when the amount of bacteria in the intestines becomes severe and the negative bacteria occupy the intestine.

Hair loss: Hair loss has several causes. Sometimes the cause of severe hair loss is exposure to stress. This condition prevents hair follicle growth and makes the hair sensitive and vulnerable to the loss of hair.

Early wrinkles: If you are not thinking about controlling stress, the cortisol hormone will be markedly disturbed and will have a serious effect on body weight, increased blood pressure and reduced collagen.

Hair velocity increase: Although early hair removal is more genetic, stress also causes early hair loss. Fortunately, by increasing the consumption of biotin, proteins and vitamins E can reduce the negative effects of stress and maintain the strength and youthfulness of the hair.

Creating Lines on Nails: Creating vertical lines on nails is a well-known issue, however, if the number of these lines is high and all are created on the nail cuticle, one of the visible signs of stress is considered.

Creating a blister in your hands: Sometimes blistering is caused on the hands that we confuse with mushrooms or other infections caused by fungi, but these types of blisters represent a skin disease It's called Dissidoplasty, which is closely linked to severe and prolonged stress.

Skin infections: Stress makes your skin lose its natural protective appearance and is vulnerable to stimulants and infections. Not having the necessary care increases the incidence of fungi, superficial burns, stains, and other early signs of aging. The herbal stimulation reduces emotional excitement and stress. The result of the study showed that patients who were sitting in the dental room were less anxious when the atmosphere of the room was filled with the extract of Atochaodus extract.

Psychiatrists call early anxiety. People who are worried about life everyday are always worried about routine life, they are anxious people, but anxiety is not necessarily abnormal, and even increases the efficiency of individuals.
