Wonderful and Unique Gdansk!
Gdansk is one of my favorite cities. It is located on the Baltic seashore of Poland, where many rivers including Martwa Wisła River and Motława River merge.
The Old Town of Gdansk which has been restored from ruins after World War II was founded on the banks of Motława River.
Its river landscapes harmonically unit buildings of old architectures and Marina Gdansk, ...
which is harbor of many boats.
Here it is possible to see strange building with black walls. This is Gate - crane Żuraw, which has appeared in XIV century and equipped with a lifting mechanism.
Old Town of Gdansk develops and now here there are some new objects which are absent on these pictures made couple years ago. Therefore this post is slightly historical.
At the same time I believe that changes and modernization in Gdansk will be exclusively positive :D
Have a nice day of positive changes!
What a wonderful photo collection. I can see some amazing puzzles out of them :) Excellent job!
I've been to Poland once when I was a kid but not to Gdansk.
