What happened to a Japanese who only ate for 8 years?

in #life7 years ago

The former professor at Tokyo University, Mizuki Nakano, consumed fruit only over the past eight years, so he avoided water and relied on fruit juices to moisturize. He recently appeared on a Japanese television show that his diet of fruit only made his body turn nitrogen somehow in the air to the protein it needed.

In September 2009, Nakano decided to see what would happen to his body if he ate only fruit all day on a daily basis. At that time, scientific consensus was that a balanced diet containing enough protein, fat and carbohydrates was the best option for living a healthy life, and that relying solely on fruit for nutrition would deprive the body of the necessary nutrients and potentially cause serious health problems.

But Nakano noted that there was no scientific research on the long-term effects of eating fruit only, so the experiment started on itself.

The former professor gradually increased his consumption of fruit to the point where he consumed only fruits, and even removed the water from his diet, and instead relied on fruit juices to moisturize.

In 2015, Nakano was invited on a television program to talk about his experience and the health benefits of eating fruit. But after a while, Nakano stopped appearing on the Internet and on television, leaving rumors of circulation among people about the possibility of his death due to undernourishment.

But Mizuki Nakano recently returned to the TV meeting to dispel rumors that he had died and shared a stunning discovery with the world. Not only was he happy with his fruit-based diet, he claimed that his body evolved into a miraculous force.

The full lack of protein in his diet, coupled with the long-term consumption of fruit, has caused the growth of a special type of bacteria in his body that appears to be able to convert nitrogen into the air into the protein his body needs, Nakano told the television broadcaster. He added that the researchers who studied him were surprised by the discovery.

Until now, Mizuki Nakano's claims have been mere tales, and there is no evidence that any scholar has studied him, let alone found some super-bacteria in his body. However, the lack of scientific research in a long-term diet makes it difficult to refute his claims.
