Is each photo on which there is nudity necessarily and pornography? It is not!

However, in order to possibly discern the difference between acts, erotica and pornography, it is first necessary to know the basic definition by these three terms, and understand what makes these three things are different, and that many do not know, or deliberately do not want to know.

Act

Represents (anatomical) a naked human body, been whole, either partial (one of its details), in a position, movement or environment. Since ancient times was known and used in the art.

Erotica

Showing the human body that (in terms of arousing sexual desire) observers should stimulate the imagination. In erotic content mainly focus on her breasts and buttocks (been covered been discovered), without any explicit display of sexual organs or the sexual act.

Pornography

Explicit display of sexual organs and sexual activity, and which has the purpose directly visually excite sexual desire and sexual excitement in the observer.

The problem knows to represent difference between the content of act and erotic is sometimes very thin, but on the other hand is big enough to see that act and erotica is different from pornography.

Also, even photos that are not strictly in any of these three categories, may contain higher or lower amount of nudity; eg. a variety of documentary photography, photography medical records and the like.

However, there are people who are literally "allergic" to any nudity in the photos, but whenever somewhere they saw a "naked" pictures, they, duty pastors and "great moralists", are the first to raise a hue at the photographers who took it , preached at length about some kind of "morality", invoke censorship and the like.

Moreover, it happens that "great moralists" a photo declare "pornographic" even when the person in the picture partially or even fully dressed, and not because the files on it (not) showing nudity, but because some of their own subjective interpretation and imaginary structures (in the form of various paranoid catastrophic scenario), sometimes resonating in a manner such that it is not a picture of a person (schedule colors on paper or pixels on the screen that shows one's character), but on the actual living person.
