Practicing Passion when we are depressed.

Finding our passion is hard. But be passionate about something when we are depressed is way too harder. It feels like a continuous struggle to be in the line. But we have to be passionate about life, no? To achieve something, to be successful, to improve, to grow; our passion is the only thing that can help us. I wonder what our life would be without any passion?

Be motivated and working on our passion in our bad time is the most needed thing. It's not like that we can't survive without passion. Maybe you have seen many who passes their life without any specific passion. But we all have something hidden in us, some hidden desire, some hidden talent; I believe. And that's why I think we should focus on 'How to be passionate in our bad time?'

Don't feel the pressure to find the passion, work on it. It's okay if you don't feel your highest point. There are ups and downs in life and not feeling the balance is totally fine. Passion is not a job. We don't have to be in it for every bit of life. Embrace the presence but look forward to what you desire.

Work out on what you hate doing. Boredom doesn't increase our productivity level. So, we need to figure out how can we deal better with our boredom and what we hate doing.

Focus on something else. Only trying to feel good and focusing on our passion can make us more stressed. Rather focusing on other things in life can help to get the desired feeling we are looking for.

See passion as a joyful adventure. Explore your life, not run for it. Don’t be afraid of getting things wrong. You will always have the opportunity to make it good again. Believe me, it helps to relax our mind and When to open ourselves to noticing things we might enjoy doing. And thus it helps to get out of depression and look forward to life's opportunity.
