Fog Over The Mountains of Jerusalem

in #life6 years ago (edited)

I happen to visit the area of Jerusalem this past weekend and luckily for me it was extremely foggy.

I love fog. Just like snow I feel it creates a different version of the world around us, a more magical, alien world.
Anything could be hiding in that fog, even the path to a different world.

Here are some pictures I took that morning:

(That's not a river. It's a road)

I received notice from a friend that it might actually snow in Jerusalem this weekend. I hope it does. I'll do my best to get to Jerusalem and take some pictures of fresh snow.

I still didn't receive the signed contract but I hope it'll be this week. I'll be sure to update you of such a major life change.
I hope to start the new year with my feet already firmly on this new path.

Great photos. In Tel Aviv at least the roads ARE rivers when it rains heavily!

How is the temperature there?

That day it was about 8 degrees celsius. Looks like the alert for snow this weekend was a prank :(
Winter isn't over so I can always hope for some snow in the future.
