What comes next?! (Memorial Crosses)

Are you kidding me?!

Now the American Humanist Association wants the crosses from Arlington National Cemetery removed! This is crap... 90 years old and now they need to come down! The only people who should have any say in anything being removed from those graves are the families! Being laid to rest in that Cemetery is a honor to the families of those Soldiers. I honestly don't give a damn who it makes mad but if those crosses offend you so badly then don't look at them! Pretty soon it is going to be where you can't buy a cross in a store anymore just like the rebel flag.

Civil War monuments have already been removed from several different places because they are found offencive. That is our History, all countries histories have bad in them. There is bad in life daily you accept it and move on. Our county grew from our past and things changed that is something to be proud of. Instead of our History and the monuments that where put in place for those times and events in our History being looked at as only negatives. Why can't everyone see the positives that came after those events and the growth that our country made?

There is ALWAYS going to be something offensive to one person or another. So what are we going to do? Take anything and everything down and we live in a black and white world? Everyone wear the same clothes the same colors and everyone's voices and opinions get taken away? With how things have been going that is what will end up happening! A lot of the music that comes out is offensive to me and something I don't want my kids subjected to, But I just turn the radio channel and don't listen to the vial words. Someone else likes that stuff and that is their right as an American. I don't like seeing peoples underwear cause peoples pants are halfway down their butts. But I say nothing... those people think it is cool or something to that effect and that is their choice.

Everyone wants to scream we want "Our Rights!" But with that argument and what's going on each time it is ONLY their rights that they are concerned with and everyone else's rights mean nothing to them. You want your freedom of speech and your choice of religion without negatives being thrown your way. Well we want the same things! It is your right to not believe in God as it is our right to believe. Our Nation is going down the drain rapidly, one protest after another. Something has to be found to fight and argue about as soon as one of the other protests have died down.

Oh we want peace and our Nation to come together as a whole, yet it is nothing but a constant fight to try to throw down another fellow Americans right for your right alone. The families of the military have not said anything about not wanting those crosses on the graves, so why is it an issue for you to want them down? My father is Military and so are several other members of my family and numerous friends. I do take this personal it is an attack on our beliefs that you are saying the crosses are an attack on yours. Those crosses do not say that you have to believe in our God or you have to be a Christian! Are those crosses speaking to you and telling you to follow the word of the Lord? I think not, they do not speak, But they mean a lot to the people those crosses represent and you want to take that away from those families?!

This is all getting insane and out of control.
