BE AN OPTIMIST
The stress and worries of life is like holding a cup of water with you hand.
if you hold it for a minute, nothing happens, if you hold it for an hour your hand begins to ache, if you hold it for all day long your hand will feel numb, paralyzed and incapable of doing anything.
This is same true in life, if you think the problem for some minutes and let it go nothing happens, if you continue then you start thinking negatively which will let you feel you are worthless and you can't make any difference.
