Must read Creepypasta stories

in #life7 years ago (edited)

A creepypasta is a work of horror fiction. Here is my list of creepypasta stories that you can’t miss out on. I’ll try my best to keep away from revealing any potential spoilers. I've also linked some YouTube videos through which you can listen to the stories and experience the horror yourself.

  • Jeff the Killer by Banning K

I had to start of the list with this. This reiteration of Jeff the Killer sparks life into the character and focuses more on the events around the transformation of Jeff Woods. Though the series is still under progress it has shown an immense potential in becoming one of the best stories of all time. The details given to characters, their motives and the luring mystery that surrounds the town of Mandeville helps fuel the story.

  • Dementophobia

Ever heard what an existential crisis is? This story takes you through the mind of a young man who is experiencing exactly that. The characters paranoia afflicts any reader who is brave enough (or curious enough) to see what a mind of a person slowly losing their sanity is like.

  • The Day I Lost My Faith

I am a man of God. However, that doesn’t stop me from questioning things around me or prescribed in Holy Books. This pasta challenges the concept of God like no other and left me with more questions than answers. The length of the story takes place within a church where the antagonist interacts and terrorizes the worshipers. The story is superbly paced, and the antagonist’s interactions are extremely thrilling.

  • No End House

The rules were simple. Reach the final room of the building and win $500, what could possibly go wrong? The story shows how David progress from one room to another and the dark secrets that he unearths within the house that sits upon the outskirts of the city.

  • Penpal by Dathan Auerbach

Though some may argue this is more of a feelspasta than a creepypasta, I beg to differ. It revolves around 2 children, Josh and Dathan and explores the evil that resides in the heart of mankind’s worst of kin and shows us the lengths a person would go till. The story Is broken up into 6 parts and spans a few years.

So what did you guys think of this list?
