How to find quality time for yourself along with family

in #life4 years ago

When we think of working mothers, we think of women who rise up in the morning, first cook their family's breakfast, then prepare for the entire day, and then go to work themselves. When she returned home from work, she would devote time to her parents and spend meaningful time with her children.

Working women already had to find time for themselves throughout the 24 hours of the day, and the Covid-19 pandemic has compounded their problems. Aspiring women now have to devote more time to cleaning in order to protect their careers, as well as the health of their family members and the house itself.

Working mothers who once struggled to find a few moments for themselves on the first day now hardly had time to breathe. However, while this habit may be necessary for your family, it may cause you problems in the future.

The family is built on the foundation of a woman. Consider what will happen to the entire home if we place too much weight on our foundation. As a result, whether it is a working mother or a domestic lady, the need of taking care of oneself is increasingly gaining traction.

It is critical that you set out time in your calendar for yourself to do the task of your choice. Whether you spend that time for grooming, reading books, periodicals, listening to music, or painting, use it according to your mood.

There is nothing wrong with using the mind for nothing except rest. You will not find the day to be as taxing and your mental stress will be reduced.

You should be concerned about your health in the same way that you are concerned about children's physical growth. Women of all ages should set aside around 30 minutes each day for exercise, depending on their health. You don't have to work up a sweat just by going to the gym. It is critical that you walk for at least 10 minutes a day in a safe area during this pandemic.

Getting enough sleep is both the easiest and most hardest aspect of self-care. Adults require roughly 7-8 hours of sleep per day, according to doctors. If you sleep less than 7-8 hours in this circumstances, you are setting yourself up for sickness.

Women are so preoccupied with taking care of everyone else that they are unable to accomplish what is best for themselves. Women take up the responsibilities of the home and the pressures of office work without complaint at times.

To avoid this, just as you set an alarm to wake you up in the morning, you must also set an alarm to wake you up at night.

It is critical to allow the brain some relaxation after a hectic day. Meditation will be beneficial to you in this situation. If you wish to meditate for at least 10 minutes a day, sit in a quiet dark room, and if your mind wanders, there are many apps available in your mobile store that will allow you to easily focus on yourself.

Working women live in self-indulgence that they could take better care of their children and families, whether epidemic or not, but they must remember that they are human and are doing the best they can.
