the power of calmness

Today we will be stuffed with information around the clock via Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and c. o. However, very little of this information will help us to make progress. They might distract us from our everyday problems. However, the problems are not solved by this. On the contrary, they are only pushed further back where they accumulate and burden you even more. 

We know that 90% of our activities take place unconsciously. Digestion, liver/kidney function, respiration and heartbeat are all functions that we do not need to take care of consciously. Somehow, it's just like magic. Our brain is constantly changing shape. It is influenced by our thoughts and experiences in life. Which networks and brain areas are strengthened is influenced by our entire perception.


So if you have negative thoughts all the time, the responsible network in your brain will strengthen itself. That means the more scared you are, the better you get, too. But if you go into the silence every day, concentrating on being more focused, relaxed, prosperous and thankful, you will automatically get better at it. If you exercise your muscles, eating properly at the same time will also make you fitter, stronger and healthier. 


Mental training and/or meditation is exactly the same. Mental training can be as hard as physical training. Those who have already practiced fitness training often know how liberating it is. Mental training is no different. The first couple of times may seem hard to you, but after a few weeks you won't want to stop.   


We are used to looking at the environment through our 5 senses. This perception creates human projections. But you can only secure true concepts through your thoughts. Once you have seen this, your vibration accelerates, but it is only guaranteed when your consciousness is untiringly aligned to a given path. 


If you are permanently concentrated, your thought flow is not disturbed by external influences. But for this you need a steadfast, persistent, well-regulated and balanced mind. And how do you reach such a mind? Exactly by calm and concentration.
