26 days / 1000 days. I have completed 2.6%. A month with meditation, I feel great. Meditation helps me to control anger, keep calm and don't lose temper. Everyday, I always talk to yourself that today is the lastest day.I will try to live a full day and do I will try to live a full day and do everything I can.
