congratulations and good for you for accomplishing such a challenging program. I know personally how much yoga can "stretch" us on every level body, mind, emotions and spirit so I know your whole being has worked hard.
thank you for the kind thoughts, feels good to finish this first step and also I realise how much more there is to this never ending practice :)
