Great advice @bestitineraries, look forward to hearing more! I completely agree with being mindful of what your body is telling you, sometimes the motivation needs to be found just from making something simple. My issues when it comes to food seem to come from not wanting to spend the time to make something. However I have found Jamie Oliver's Recipies have made a massive difference in the way I feel about actually spending the time to make something. Keep it simple is my advice!
