Change Yourself Take a 21-day challenge to change something.
Do what you do carefully.
Read a book for 30 minutes before going to bed.
Sleep early at night and get up early in the morning.
Create your own goals Daily goals, Weekly goals, Monthly goals, 1 year goals, 3 year goals, 5 year goals. Work on this goal and try to fulfill it.
Take care of yourself, eat, sleep regularly.
Try to meet daily and weekly goals.
Stop watching unnecessary videos on YouTube.
Prepare yourself for times when you will feel frustrated and exhausted while chasing your goals.
Control yourself don't be an emotional person.
Always try to give your best in any work.
Make daily work diary.
Learn English language.
Wake up in the morning and exercise for 30 minutes.
Do 10 minutes of meditation every day.
Create 4 skills
Ms word
Excel
Adobe Photoshop
Creativity
These four can be used at any time for daily work.
Don't stress your brain.
Stay away from eating foods with excess poutine.
Try to know more than others, don't compare yourself with anyone, don't expect more from anyone.
Don't get involved in a relationship.
Try to help people.
Don't sell your policy.
Try to follow them all, create your own story, learn from other stories.
