Be in charge of your life, or someone else will take the wheel. And guess what? He sure will drive you towards his own destination.
If you don't learn how to be in control of your own life, other people will take over and control you mostly to their own advantage. To be in control of your own life, you'll have to learn how to strictly follow some principles. Among them are:
Make concrete decisions and stand by them.
Learn to say "NO" irrespective of who is involved.
Always have a goal oriented mindset in everything you do.
Set a definite time frame to actualize each goal.
Learn not to allow your feelings or emotions control you. Etc.
Being in charge of your life will help you become more successful, happy and respected.

Yeah.
Learning to say No irrespective of who is involved is what I'm currently trying to perfect for. For long, I've let emotions cloud my judgement and I learnt from my mistakes the hard way. I saved this post so I could keep reading it as a reminder. Maybe it'll be my own personal creed
