Neither Gold nor talent guarantees this one thing...

Being happy in life and in everything one does is not a talent or some kind of skill, it is an indication of a heart that is healthy and alive despite being mostly around happiness killers.

Money, wealth, gold and silver has never been known to buy happiness neither is education.
No matter how well read you are, you need to have a heart that is truly alive and present to itself to be happy.

We waste our times pursuing "the goal" while forgetting that, there is much more than the cheers of the crowd to make us happy.

My dad told me the story of a very successful individual who after having conquered the world and was having a paryu in his mansion with other rich and successful people with good food and most expensive wines, went to his bathroom and put a shotgun into his mouth and blew his brains off.

He wasn't missed for like 3 hours until his wife went into the bathroom to ease herself and she found his lifeless body.

I have never stopped thinking of that story because, it doesn't make any sense.

How could a very successful man who had just conquered his world put an end to his life?

Was the joy too much that he had to kill himself?

Was there something emptiness that still lingered despite the wins he has under his belt?

Was he drunk to the extent that he didn't have a need to stay alive anymore?

Too many questions but with no answer and that makes me conclude that, "being happy is a frame of mind and not one gotten through the acquisition of money, cars, gold or silver."
Happiness is only poasible through an innate strength that plays out to outwit any negativity.
