Meditative Writing
Today we are going to talk about Meditative Writing, which is a technique that uses writing to Meditate and How does it work? very simple, we took white sheets, a pencil and started writing.
When you have the white sheets and the pencil in front of you the questioning begins: What do I write? What am I supposed to write? What nonsense is this to write without knowing what I'm going to write? Why am I doing this? ... and so many more limiting questions that have been imposed over the years to the human being, especially women.
What you "must" write on those sheets is everything that is going through your head, including the questions, begins to empty your thoughts without feeling embarrassed because nobody is going to read what you wrote, it's a moment alone with you. Write everything, absolutely EVERYTHING as if you were talking to you.
For some people, it is easy to do this exercise by imagining that they are talking to God in a written form.
In another post I will give you some more details and specific exercises so this meditation through writing is done more effectively. For now, the important thing is to take that pencil and start.
