I've tried to put this idea out with friends, relatives, my wife. I felt so alone, and they didn't just see me as cold, but as a straight up psychopath. Good god I'm happy you wrote this. I'm not alone! :)

Oh, I know very well how it feels to be seen as a weirdo. I also have these moments of pure sincerity about life and I kinda expose the truth in a non-emotional way. When this happens, my husband freaks out. :)) So don't despair, you're not alone. :D Thank you for your kind comment!
