A daily day of a homeschooler in Malaysia

in #life7 years ago (edited)

Hoi, Have you ever wanted to know what a daily day of a homeschooler in Malaysia is like? You're in luck because I am a homeschooler myself!

I usually wake up around 7:30AM and read some books. At 9AM, I go into my study room and my mom gives me some work. Me and my mom agreed that I can stop at 3PM. That sounds like school except with no friends right? Wrong, I have a lot of homeschooling friends too. We Malaysian homeschooler's daily days are very unexpected and we attend a lot of activities so some days there might be no time for a homeschool. Yesterday for example, I had rock climbing at 4PM till 6PM. After that I went for an english class, Organized by a homeschooler! Thats right, some of our activities are organized by homeschoolers!

Or how about some days where I go to Port Dickson to learn about marine biology and mangroves! Very random, from english classes to Port Dickson.

I like being a homeschooler because in schools, you don't get to do a lot of things and there are some things you will not like to do. But as a homeschooler you can choose what activities you want and there are A LOT of options and I mean a lot.

But anyway other than that, thats my daily life and a lot of other Malaysian homeschoolers too. Bye!
