I was supposed to go to an indoor renaissance faire this weekend. Changes happened and I did not want to go.

When I made my reservation Hyatt took a deposit and said it was non-refundable.

They were aware of the changes to the event and gave me and 48 other people refunds.

I have heard that a bunch of people booked from the overfill hotel. I want to applaud Hyatt for doing the right thing and I am glad that they were able to fill the rooms we vacated
