Steemit is a platform where everyone has equal opportunity to succeed. Your input determines what comes back to you, to succeed on steemit there re a kind of habit you must have and the kind of product you bring in, this products are limitless because what steemit wants from us is to bring our ideas and develop them and show it to the whole world. This ideas would not just get us anything unless it has quality. Most of us might be surprised on the turn out we re getting on our post which may not be very encouraging. If you re having a very poor voting outcome, then there re certain steps you re expected to take as a Newbie in this platform. I actually got this tips from reading most of the post of experts and many others. One of these expert i would recommend you to follow is @dorbatim, he is so wonderful, as a newbie he is a kind of person you need to check his blog on daily bases because its extraordinary loaded, and he is always an advocate for newbies, very ready to help anyone. I really want to appreciate @dorbatim for his good will, more grace sir.

So let me quickly take us through the few tips in turning the tide on steemit from bad to good and from good to better and from better to best. That's suppose to be our goal. Lets go,

  • Be Ready To Learn

Many of us like me came to this network without any experience on blogging, you cannot just come and begin to write just anything, according to my mentors @dorbatim and @emmawisequote, i was told that successful blogging comes with quality, your post must be a good quality post. So how do you do that? You need to follow people, read post of others that re way ahead in blogging, look at how it is done, gain a lot of experience. @dorbatim use to say, your comment alone on people's blog is enough to put cash in your pocket. This is exactly what happens to me, the amount of money on my comments is far more than what i got from my post, and i just imagine using about 2hr to write a post and get that bushit return, when i should have make a lot of comment that would not take me time. So am writing this just to let us understand that it might not be the right time to start blogging, what you need at this initial stage is follow up and good commenting.

  • Hard Work

Here hard work means almost everything, you need to work hard in your ideas, work hard on your post, getting quality post you need to dedicate your time and effort to it, check other peoples post, how re they doing it that they re thriving? Have quality follow up attitude, make good number of friends as you can because whatever you post, its those people you make friends with that would mostly go through your blog and give you upvote. Also give quality comments, don't just write anything on peoples post, read through their post and pick one or two things to comment on so that you would attract the attention of the author.

  • Be Patient

Everything may not be looking very rosy at the beginning don't be discourage, just keep doing the write thing and when the time comes you will be smiling too, you see all the people whose post runs into $100, $200, $500 and above, do you think they jump over to that level? No, they imputed a lot of things, their time, effort, money and so on. So relax, just believe in yourself and you will get there. In one of @dorbatim post, he said when he newly joined steemit his initial post then got him less than $1, he said some post re even zero but he didn't got discouraged, today, every of his post runs in hundreds of dollars. So hard work requires your patient which would bring the expected result at the end. Well, this is how far i can take us today. Thanks for reading through, hope to bring more update. Appreciation to @dorbatim for your great job for humanity, and @emmawisequote for bringing this opportunity to me. See you guys soon at the top.
