Weird Coincidences & Random Thoughts and Observations

When I was like 14 growing up in a small town in Canada I ended up wasting a lot of time on Yahoo Chat!, I met a dude around my age who shared a lot of interests with me and we would chat all the time. He lived in the deep south of the United States. We grew apart and changed a lot over the years, but we still comment on each others Facebook posts randomly. Later on I ended up moving to the USA in my mid-twenties and getting married in 2010. My In-laws had moved to this town outside of a large southern city and a year later we follow them. I now live 30 minutes from the dude.

Why is it when you here someone use an odd word you begin to hear or see it for the next few weeks?

Sometimes I get an irrational fear of the sky.
