Sugar is bad stuff in high quantities...what I hate is the introduction of super-sugar. And by that I mean high fructose corn syrup. It's been put in so many foods served in the U.S. over the past 2 decades and is causing an epidemic of obesity and diabetes, even in children!

What really is awful is our government protects this industry (the corn industry is heavily subsidized) and perpetuates this problem.
