I am surprised for that long nobody come and flip this land upside down and get all the diamonds.
Like you said they are making a slow but steady profit by charging folks.
At least it is a state park.
Howdy sir pouchon! Well, they tried to mine if like a regular mine but they said that it didn't produce enough diamonds to make it profitable. This way the state makes alot of money on it without doing much!
