UGLY Side To Ruptured COLD SORES… Spread The Word Not The Virus!
As common as cold sores are, it’s surprising how little people know about them, other than they’re ugly and form on the lip, and, feel massively big if touched by the tongue.
Cold Sores Only Come On The Lip---Is That So?
Herpes simplex is a virus and primary cause of cold sores. They’re identified as a group of blisters containing fluid. Blisters (sores) are a pinkish red that happen on the skin or mucous membranes, giving the look of a small bulky mound.
The virus comes in two types (HSV-1 and HSV-2) with HSV-1 being most popular out of both types, and HSV-2, more connected with the genitals (herpes). Regardless, both are viruses and therefore harmful.
Apparently, 80 percent of adults have antibodies against HSV-1 in their blood stream while the fewer number have antibodies against HSV-2 in their blood. This virus attacks cells of the epidermis (outer skin layer), moving itself from the epidermis through the nerve passages staying put at the roots.
A noticeable sign of an outbreak is a tingling sensation followed by blistery sores. After time and scabbing formed---sores tend to fall off around the ten-day mark. They are contagious and easily spread if ruptured, so be wary when next to another human being. Even if scabs are present you still run risk of spreading the virus or catching it. This is because scabs can easily crack during laughter, singing, talking, eating or whatever. Cracks now become an opening for fluid to leak through.
Stop The Spread Of Cold Sores Simply By…
Not kissing
Not sharing
Not touching
And NOT having oral sex.
Known triggers for cold sores are stress, fever, sickness and sunburn. Keep these in mind if this infection frequently troubles you as one of them may just be your trigger.
Cold Sores Only Come On The Lip---Is That So?
NO, they don’t---other known parts are fingers and genitals. Focusing more attention towards these during a hygiene session will significantly help control spreading the infection.
Never Pick Sores As Bacterial Infection
Is Possible Due To This Action!
Is Possible Due To This Action!
The body’s defences has to be strong to fight viruses, so therefore healthy nutritious foods are essential for the defences to break down disease more easily, whether it’s HERPES SIMPLEX or other.
