3 things which we should do to make our day more beautiful.... please up vote for the beautiful world
Hello Friends,
Today i am going to share 3 things which we can do to make our day more beautiful.... I personally do these things and my life have changed a lot. I would suggest you guys to try these things i bet you will also feel change in yourself within one day....
1) Start Feeding your mind
2) Do a Act of kindness
3) Pray to god for giving me this much beautiful day
1) Start feeding your mind
This is very much important in today's world what we are reading and watching really affects our behavior. just think the whole day what you have watched or read. are you watching fake reality shows or other shows in which people are fighting for no reason. Then, your behavior would have been changed after watching these things....
We should at least give half an hour for our mind in which we just feed our mind with good information. information which help us to think more about our self. Read some article on life. So, that our brain muscles will work and in future we will be the sea of information in which anyone can come and swim.
2) Do a act of kindness
We should do a act of kindness daily. Think we are in a lift and someone is running towards lift. If we are stopping lift for them this is a act of kindness. if we are giving food to some homeless person. What is this? This is also a act of kindness.
If we are helping old age people to cross the road we are doing a act of kindness.
I am not asking you to do a big work which will change the whole world. But if you will just do one act of kindness daily you will be satisfied and i bet you will have a great sleep that night.
3) Pray to god for giving me this much beautiful day
At night we should always pray to god for giving us this much great day. and Tell God that " Plz God never give a EGO"
Because when ever any person start having ego on something In future he is going to loss that thing.
I hope you all will try these things for few days and let me know the difference you felt in your self....
