It is perplexing that Anil Ambani's Reliance would be selected as the Indian partner. The ADAG group owes over 1 Lakh crores to the Indian banking industry and is struggling to repay. RCom has failed and is being sold off. Rel Capital, Rel Infra, Reliance Power are all saddled with heavy Debt and are struggling. Why did Modi select such proven non-performers with no experience in the field?
