HAPPINESS IS A MINDSET

We always hear from everyone happiness is a mindset and since it is a mindset we start to pursue the concept of happiness in our lives. But you see it is not something that is to be pursued, it is something that you have to feel in the present. See around you, you have people around you who care for you, you have resources to create a life you desire ., you are mentally and physically stable. But we always feel something or the other is missing and we try to fill that gap by people, things, and whatnot. People do drugs, alcohol and they seek happiness in relationships. But you see you just cannot find happiness outside you. You need to pay attention to the fact that you don't want the situation, you just want the feeling of fulfillment. You just need to experience a situation. That experience will not give you happiness but the feeling derived from it will give you satisfaction because that is what you desired out of the situation. So you don't need to look for happiness you just have to learn how to maintain that feeling within yourself only because ones we seek out happiness in things and people we become dependent on them. This doesn't mean that you 'll stop having people and things in your life, it just means that you 'll stop taking them with close hands. You'll always let them free and enjoy their company but your sense of happiness will not come from them. It 'll come from the knowledge that your feeling at that present moment was generated by you not that situation. You are the creator of your feeling and ones you learn to have that feeling whenever and wherever you feel like you 'll stop depending on the outside and feel contempt from within. Know that it is you who decides to feel and experience not the other and other people are just a means to take you there that does not mean they are the means to your happiness. Happiness comes from within you.
