Why People Should Have Overweight.
Why People Should Have Overweight.
Every single person thinks that being with overweight can cause diabetes or can cause the death. The fact that no one knows is that overweight has a slew of benefits for the human body, one of the main benefits is it can to reduce the risk of dying by close to 6 percent. Also, a study by researchers at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), states that overweight increases the lifespan. Underweight people are more likely to die from a disease while overweight people can fight the disease much better. Being fat you can eat everything, like a Chinese buffet “All you can eat”. Being skinny or slim you can eat everything because most of those people want to preserve their weight. Deserving the perfect body can be the worst experience in your whole life because you have to make sacrifices that you do not really want and you will not feel comfortable with them. You have to accept your body and take their advantages.
A person which is underweight cannot last more than a person which is overweight without eating something. According to with Jonathan wells from “The Telegraph” overweight people are less likely to get dementia which is because overweight people have more C and E vitamin than normal or slim people. Wells also stated that due to the high volume of body mass overweight people have fewer chances to suffer chronically arthritis. Being an overweight person helps you to increase your immune system due to the large number of vitamins that you get in every single meal, that is why people on diet are more likely to get sick. You never heard somebody dying by being fat, all the time you hear that diabetes kills. Studies have found that what affects the health is physical activity and nutrition, not being overweight. Fat or overweight provide us much more energy to combat diseases. The problem of being fat is not the fatness itself, is the social stigma that people has created about overweight people, they think that being fat is the worst thing on the planet. But this can be solved by educating people about how good is being with overweight and the several advantages that overweight contains.
Being thin or lighter does not make anyone happier, Bernadette Rock says. She states that “When you lose weight you are physically smaller in a world of high expectations” which means a slim body is a smaller version of yourself. Fat can be considered as a natural shield that protects the body itself. She also states that thin people might feel unprotected, fragile and vulnerable in the world, this is one of the main reasons why people regain weight when they lose it.
Wells state that “Being overweight can mean you're better in the bedroom” because an overweight body has more and better stamina than a person who does gym and sports which mean that an underweight people are most likely to have a premature ejaculation. You have always heard that slim men are better in the bed but studies have proved that it is not true.
According to Uplaksh from “5 benefits from being fat,” she states that fat people can recovery themselves after a rest better than slim people. She also states that being fat helps in winters due to the layers of mass that your body contains retain more heat in your body than skinny bodies could retain. Also, she states that overweight people are less likely to have an infertility problem in their life.
One of the most important examples of being fat is a sumo wrestler. Almost all the people that have watched a sumo wrestle asked why they are so fat. According to the web, “sciencefocus.com” sumo wrestlers are fat because of Newton’s second law of motion which says that acceleration = force/mass. The meaning of this is the fatter and heavier you are the more force an opponent has to exert to get you moving and push you out of the ring. Sumo wrestlers get this strength by eating too much chicken, fish and amazing rations of white rice.
Another important example of being fat is that being a person with overweight you can get muscles faster than a slim person. This is due to fat people already have the body to shape it and just need exercise. But slim people need to eat a lot and take a lot of vitamins and proteins in order to get muscles, this means that slim people have to do double work in order to get muscles while a fat person can make it by just doing some physical activity. Seeking for thinness is painful for somebody that eats a lot, mainly junk food. Junk food is one of the most delicious food in the world and every nutritionist knows that. You can control the amount of junk food you eat but you shouldn’t quit it. Happiness worth more than glamor or the perfect body.
In my own opinion and experience, I prefer to be fat instead of slim, why? because almost every single woman prefers a normal or a fat man rather than a skinny one, is like men, almost all of us prefer a thick girl with her attributes rather than a skinny one like without nothing to grab. You can also win an eating challenge because you are doing one of the things that you like, which is eat. You are more likely to float in water than a skinny person. You can be the attention center in your class because everyone will look at you like the fattest person in the entire classroom. You shouldn’t call a fat person obese because that’s disrespectful, you wouldn’t like someone calling you skeleton or bones bag. Be yourself, You can eat fast food all the time if you do physical activity, being on a diet can be more expensive than paying a car insurance at the age of 21 that’s why a lot of people recommend instead of being on a diet the best thing you can do is do exercise and eat good meals.
Being an overweight person is not negative at all. There are many things you can do with your extra weight and extra strength. Do not let anyone encourage you to lose your weight even though it is a girl or boy that you like. Demonstrate them that you can be stronger than those slim and gym people out there. You will live longer than underweight people being fat, also you will have more chances to enjoy life by tasting all of the different types of food across the land.
