Weight loss challenge day 1
I just returned from vacation. As part of my return I have challenged myself to eat healthier and lose weight. Over the last few years I have let myself go and frankly i need to lose weoght bad. I also look at my little boy and want to be here as long as I can for him. He is my world.
The first step i have taken is to reduce my soda intake. One ofy worst vices is drinking soda. I had about 1/3 the normal amount I would drink.
The second is to eat a salad for either lunch or dinner every day. Today my salad was Spinach, sweet peppers, celery, red onion, mushrooms, avacado, carrot and some roasted red pepper vinagerette dressing.
