This is the way to go @thearcanebear!
Always, always, always the goal is to keep changing up what you are "doing". No doubt this is the challenge because humans have genetic programing that seems to make us want to follow and keep things the same. We even have muscle memory and pattern memory that always wants to take us back to a "previous setting" I see this as a tug of war between the physical body and the mind. Small changes in the way the mind thinks and then translates into physical action will build new neuro-pathways that produce the biggest changes for us. I see this as how we evolve. Congratulations on being a different frequency being than you were yesterday. ;)

Thank you for your kind comment and inspiring words. We are happy that we can have the freedom to change our circumstances so easily. Than to share our story as well. Its making our trip a lot easier TO have a support group
