The best definition of hyperinflation summarized in an image - Case of Venezuela
The saying goes: A good listener, few words!
The best definition in my life I have seen about what is * HYPERINFLATION *. Very beautiful the cutlery that shows the image, but what is on the plate that is precisely what goes directly to the stomach, is nothing more than BARE WIRE (CABLE PELADO) as we say in Venezuela. It means that the purchase of food in this country became almost impossible for the vast majority, and instead of eating fish, meat, sausages, bread, fruits and other things, the Venezuelan has to EAT A BARE WIRE "CABLE PELADO". Brothers, I do not pretend to be negative with these scriptures, but rather to be realistic and call things by their name without fear of what they will say because every day the panorama becomes more inaccessible from every point of view. Before we laughed at the African people but now Venezuela has to suffer. People are dying of starvation before the inclemency and the indifferent look of the eyes of the world.
More hungry than tiger in a desert and more thirsty than shipwrecked on the high seas
It had never been seen that the citizens of this country went hungrier than tiger in a desert and thirstier than shipwrecked on the high seas. The experts in economics may have a definition of what is hyperinflation adjusted to the academic lexicon, but colloquially speaking an image often says more than a thousand words and allows clarifying a certain panorama or part of a reality to the less understood.
We could define the concept in the following way:
It is a fatal blow to the stomach of citizens (who do not make political life) when the purchasing power of the currency of their country does not allow them to eat as God sends and in return they have to eat a "pelao cable" if they find it, because the copper that it carries in its interior is material apt for the theft and the illicit sale and therefore very little is obtained. It is worth saying that all this is propitiated and sponsored at whim and by the free will of Machiavellian minds that direct and control the internal politics and in parallel they put all their effort in destroying the economy of a country.
Do not forget to comment, vote and resteem so that the world will know how ordinary Venezuelans live.
