Wholeness Inside Oneself

Have you ever wonder why you are still single and until now you don't have a stable romantic relationship?
You being single - Are you having the feeling of frustration, hopelessness and bitterness towards life?

Well you shouldn't be. Let go of those negativity, start to meditate and to reflect on what has gone wrong. When we are in a desperate situation, we overlooked all the good things that we still have in our life and we tend to focus more on what we lost. Relationship is a battle. We need to be strong and be well equipped to surpass the challenges in the relationship but how can we surpass the struggles if we ourselves are not ready and strong enough to face and sustain it. The experience of failure, loneliness and rejection in a relationship teach us to change our thinking, our ways to be a better "ME". That change must start in our inner self.

Being Single is not a disease , not a plague and not a curse. There is nothing wrong with it but because the society models relationship (Movies- models relationship. TV advertisement models relationship), people are stressed and pressured not to be lonely. People are looking for love, for a companion to the extent that we find love anywhere we could find it. Searching for love anywhere with out preparation of oneself and knowing oneself plus with out standards of what we are looking for, results to getting anything and doing the same process again and ends up to pain and loneliness again.

Singleness is a gift. It should be managed appropriately and effectively to be a whole individual. If we don't understand that, we will think that we are a fraction needing somebody to complete us. We have to understand that we are a whole person looking for another whole person to compliment us not to complete us. We need to be whole and complete to figure out the purpose of the relationship and so that our next doesn't pay for our EX.

According to Lisa Nichols : "Someone will come in your path and they need the love that you have. In order for them to get it, you need to have filled your cup up and you need to be in overflow because you cant love them from your cup. You got to always love them from your saucer. Giving love From your saucer will never ever run out. Love never hurts. A lot of times when we love and it is hurting, it is because you haven't given yourself everything you need yet and you are trying to give other people what you still need. Recognizing that when you love from your overflow is the most responsible thing that you could do. The greatest love that you can ever give the world is the demonstration of what loving you looks like. When you love yourself enough then all your extras will just oozes over onto the person you love."

According to TD Jakes : " If Singleness is not managed well it can really be a problem , can be difficult and can be really painful. Singleness has the freedom, the time, the energy to explore your gifts and talents towards the better future for yourself. The more people in your life the more they take from you. When you want to bring people in your life, you have to be prepared to feed and sustain the relationship. "

Looking for love and a suitable helpmate is tough and the process of the journey creates clutter. If we can find somebody FAITHFUL, COMMITTED, FOCUSED AND WHO CAN LOVE US UNCONDITIONALLY DESPITE OF THE JUNK , then we have done something. The most painful thing is losing yourself in the process of loving someone too much and forgetting that we as individual are special too. Let everyone know that we are a lot stronger than we were before. ---" Don't lower your standards and accommodate people just to be in a relationship. Fall in love when you are ready not when you are lonely. Know your worth and deserve what you truly deserve."
