RE: Another day, another mass shooting -- and we're back to "business as usual" in America
From an outsider's perspective comma the gun laws in America don't make sense. It is only when you start looking deeper into your culture that you understand how they are part of the fabric of your lives. Here in Australia guns just aren't visible except in the hands of criminals or locked up on farms. It is easy for us to judge you when these mass shootings happen again and again. I used to think that just removing guns would be the answer because it worked here. But it isn't. How we raise our children, how we educate and provide for citizens comma the value we give to human life comma mental health and all it's associated causes. There are other things that are more fundamentally important to address full stop the gun debate just masks what really needs to be done. Much love to you
