What is Honor
What concept is that of Honor?
What is Honor for God?
Is it to have it or is it to give it to others? Why should Honor be given to others? Honor is not for a person, Honor is to offer it to another person, why? Why do I have to honor it? the others? and not seek honor for me.
So what is Honor? When you honor others you have just demonstrated a work of great wisdom, it is a test of great wisdom, because you are not honoring a physical body or a person, you are honoring your ability to have seen divine light in the soul of the other, if a person is alive is that he has a soul, if he has soul that soul is not his, is divine essence and what is what you are honoring ?, the divine essence that you have been able to see in the other one. When you humiliate a person is that you are not able to see the divine essence that is in the other, then instead of being a wise person you are an uneducated, spiritually uneducated person, the people who humiliate are uneducated.
The act of humiliating a person or speaking ill of a person causes you to offend the divine essence that exists in the other person. What is Honor for? For you or for others? It is for others, for a person what you have to have is self-esteem, it is not honor, what is self-esteem ?, it is being responsible for having a divine essence dwelling in you, that is self-esteem, that is, the person who says no I am worth nothing is uneducated, because it does not know that it has divine essence within it, it can not say in any case I am not worth anything.
The last of the poor or vagabonds thrown on the street, also has divine essence, you can never despise or humiliate, never, because who knows that soul who is?
Nobody knows.
We have to honor all of humanity, all of Creation that carries divine essence on different levels but all carry divine essence.
Is honor linked with humility? Humility is that which sees that all it gets is not the one who achieves it, but the divine essence that has within it that has achieved it.
